Secunia offers this service to aid e.g. Anti-Virus and Intrusion Detection / Prevention System vendors creating accurate and reliable signatures for critical vulnerabilities.
Since Secunia frequently creates PoC's and/or working exploits and identify details about vulnerabilities, which have not been publicly disclosed by other sources, we find it necessary to restrict access to our in-depth analyses.
This means that we only provide accounts to this service to employees from reputable security vendors and a limited number of corporate enterprises, who create their own customised IDS / IPS rules on a regular basis.
