Description: Multiple vulnerabilities have been reported in Easy Photo Gallery, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions, and conduct SQL injection and cross-site scripting attacks.
1) Input sent to the "imageid" parameter in show.php and to the "galleryid" parameter in gallery.php is not properly sanitised before being used in an SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate an SQL query by injecting arbitrary SQL code, and to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site via SQL error messages.
2) Input passed to the "username" and "password" parameters in gallery.php when "login" is set to "user" is not properly sanitised before being used in an SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate an SQL query by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled.
3) Input passed to the "size" parameter in show.php is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
4) Access to "useradmin.php" is not properly restricted, which can be exploited e.g. to add an administrative user.
The vulnerabilities are reported in version 2.1. Other versions may also be affected.
Solution: Use another product.
