Description:
Avaya has acknowledged some vulnerabilities in various Avaya products, which can be exploited by malicious people to spoof authenticated SNMPv3 packets or to potentially compromise a vulnerable system.

* Avaya Communication Manager (CM 3.x and later)
* Avaya Intuity AUDIX LX (all versions)
* Avaya EMMC (EMMC 1.0.0.0.17 and 1.0.0.0.21)
* Avaya Messaging Storage Server (all versions)
* Avaya Message Networking (all versions)
* Avaya SIP Enablement Services (SES 3.1.1 and later)
* Avaya AES (AES 3.1.5 and 4.2)

Solution:
The vendor recommends that local and network access to the affected systems be restricted until an update is available.
